"We had the pleasure of working with Christie and her team in the Spring/Summer of 2020, the world was in chaos and our family needed to find a home. We were living in the Fishtown area of Philadelphia, which we enjoyed, but once the pandemic set in, it became untenable quickly. So, wanted to stay near the city we love, but needed to find a home in S. Jersey. We had been planning to move at the end of summer, but, as they have a way of doing, those plans had to change due to Covid, and we needed help to make it happen.

We found Christie at random, through one of the real estate sites, connecting with her on a property that ultimately was not an option for us. But she was instantly credible, knowledgeable and her experience came through immediately on our first call with her, so we decided to stick with her until she gave us a reason not to. That never happened.

Christie is exactly what you need a realtor to be, someone who gives you exactly the advise and knowledge you need and none of the feedback you don’t, or should not receive. She was always careful to not impart her opinion into the process, which could be easy for a realtor to do, and she always presented the information you needed for you to make your own conclusions. Her professionalism was impressive.

She was an absolute bulldog too, we knew that if something needed to get done she‘d make it happen, and we were completely comfortable knowing Christie would be representing us at the negotiation table. She and her team were extremely responsive, communicated at a high level with us throughout the process and when the time came to offer, Christie gave us amazing guidance and advice, which was calming during the more stressful moments of the process. When we found the perfect place for us, she suggested including a letter to the homeowner along with our offer, which the seller ended up sharing was meaningful to him as he considered our offer.

We ended up getting the home we wanted, for the exact amount we needed to get it for and we are over the moon grateful to Christie and her team for helping make it possible. I’m not sure it could have come together the way it did if it were not for her. We can not recommend her enough and know that she will work as hard for you as she did for us.
